about me
Hi, I’m Rich, and it’s a pleasure to welcome you. I’m very passionate about helping people and making a difference. Starting the counselling process can be intimidating whether that’s for yourself, child, or a loved one, you feel there is a need for change.
I’m an Integrative Counsellor with a First-Class BA (Hons) in Counselling & Therapeutic Practice from the University of South Wales. As an Integrative Counsellor I draw from a range of approaches including CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Humanistic, Solution-Focused, and Psychodynamic, among others.
The beauty of my approach is that it allows the counselling experience to be tailored to your needs. We will work together to make sure you are part of the process, not just a participant. I believe counselling is a space for you to be safe and comfortable whether that inside the therapy room or outside.
I have experience working with Depression, Anxiety, Addiction, Anger Management, Eating Disorders, Neurodivergence, Trauma, Grief, Stress, Perfectionism, to name a few.
Finding a counsellor can be overwhelming but it’s important to find the right one. If you feel ready to start the counselling process and know more about how I can support you, I’d love to hear from you. If you have any questions or would like to book a session, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. I look forward to hearing from you.
