into nature
Counselling should feel safe and comfortable, and if a traditional setting feels overwhelming, outdoor therapy might be a great alternative.
Outdoor therapy offers the same meaningful conversations and support as indoor therapy, but in a relaxed and open environment. It’s an opportunity to have those important conversations while enjoying the freedom of nature, whether it’s a peaceful walk in the park, sitting on a bench, or even exploring the woods. You can go at your own pace, without the pressure of being in a traditional counselling setting.
Outdoor therapy can also be a gentle step toward in-room sessions if that feels right for you. You don’t need to be restricted to the counselling room to work towards change and enrichment.
