I provide in-person in Newport, Cardiff, and Chepstow; locations can be found below. I also provide online counselling through VSee which is a confidential online platform. 
£35 initial assessment (in-person)
An in-person initial assessment is an opportunity for you and me to explore in person what you would like to achieve from counselling. £25 initial assessment (Online)
The purpose of an initial assessment is an opportunity for you and me to explore your presenting issue and what you would like to achieve from counselling. The initial meeting will be 30 - 35 minutes.£55 per session (in-person)
In-person counselling allows you to be fully present without any distractions. It provides a safe, confidential space for you to be open about your challenges. Each session will be an hour long. £50 per session (Online)
Online counselling allows you to receive counselling from the comfort of your home. The counselling sessions will be an hour long. £270 6-SESSION package (online)
If you already know that you would like 6 sessions, the benefit of deciding on the package is that you can save £30 rather than paying per session. It is discounted as it is a block of sessions and is paid in full.£300 6-session package (in-person)
